now the earth is shaking. pouring from the pipes comes a liquid mass of arthropods. like black glistening liquid metallic chemicals they spill out and create impassable rivers, six feet deep. cars are washed of the road and consumed. the mass blackens windows and blots out the sky. immune to poison. immune to us. hiding below the interstate highway crouched in the tiny cracks you see all organic matter consumed with a veracity that is instantaneous. erupting from every pore of the sub city beating drums of pure biomass march and crush america.
